HR Specialist at E-health Authority

Are you an experienced and driven HR specialist who wants to contribute to our success? Do you want a central role in driving and developing the authority's work environment while supporting the organization's managers and developing other areas within the HR field? As an HR specialist, you will be part of our HR team, which currently consists of eight dedicated employees and an HR manager in Stockholm and Kalmar. Our mission spans the entire authority, and we work consultatively and closely with the operations. In the HR team, collaboration and dialogue are key to creating a safe and professional support for the entire organization, in both ongoing operational issues and in development and change work.

About the Position

In the role of HR specialist with us, you will have a specific focus on the development, management, and follow-up of the authority's systematic work environment efforts. You work on developing and implementing processes and governing documents in the field of occupational health and safety, as well as preparing materials for and conducting training in occupational health issues. You are simply the group's expert on, among other things, occupational health issues, rehabilitation, and harassment. The tasks also include being a direct managerial support to parts of the organization and working on other issues within the HR field, such as competence supply, salary formation, and labor law.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

An academic degree in the HR field, or another education deemed equivalent by the employer
Extensive experience in similar tasks within state operations
Good current knowledge of laws and governing regulations in the field of occupational health and safety
Experience in applying the occupational health and safety regulations and in providing operational managerial support

It is advantageous for the position if you have:

Experience in training managers in the field of occupational health and safety
Experience in providing operational managerial support throughout the rehabilitation process
Experience in developing new work methods and processes

The position is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Entry as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment for the position is Kalmar or Stockholm. The work may involve business trips, mainly between Kalmar and Stockholm.
